Attend Free Online Training
We offer free Karuna Lives to introduce the fundamentals... Our one-hour Karuna Live events allow you to familiarize yourself with our faculty and our approach to the work.

Attend a Deep in-person Retreat
Karuna Training now offers its core curriculum in four in-person retreats, three without prerequisites. After completing all four retreats, a 250-hour certification is possible by completing a 25-hour project. We also offer free-standing in-person Maitri Space Awareness retreats with no prerequisites.

Graduate Training is about Manifesting Compassion in the World
Once the foundational certification is accomplished, we offer further training to graduates to learn to facilitate contemplative methods and experiential groups and integrate Contemplative Psychology methods into everyday life and livelihood.
