Grief is a portal to the potency of the heart, and community is necessary to reap the benefits of opening our hearts together.

This 90-minute group, facilitated by Kathryn Larsson and Melissa Moore, will provide a guided meditation practice, ritual contemplations, and experiential speaking from the heart work around the topics in life we all collectively grieve.

This is a community space to practice compassion on the Five Gates of Grief, as presented by Francis Weller in The Wild Edge of Sorrow. This community space will be a closed group only open to those who register. Please join us for an hour and a half of touching hearts and community resourcing.

Limited sliding scale opportunities available, please email Mairead to inquire further karuna.assist@gmail.com
