Cognition is the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses. Meta-cognition is the knowledge of cognition itself. During this Karuna Live we will explore how we know what we know from a Contemplative Psychology perspective, which presents us a nuanced map of the mind’s different capacities of knowing. Come and explore how you know what you think you know!
