How to endure times of change and become wiser through life’s challenging transitions is a practice of Contemplative Psychology. If we look closely at our lives, we are constantly traversing many transitions concurrently; we are aging, our close relationships go through changes, the weather is changing dramatically, and our relationship toward ourselves is constantly in flux. We live in an ever-evolving dynamic field of change, where we are called to practice gentle loving-kindness toward the flux and flow of our everyday lives. This Karuna Live will examine how we are navigating our current life transitions and how to hold ourselves in loving kindness amid the challenge.
