Repair is the activity of mending relationships with other beings. Repair requires mindfulness, awareness, and compassion, as well as skillful means; all areas in which we build strength through contemplative psychology practices. During this Karuna Live! we will explore how to listen to our bodies to know when repair is needed, how to feel into those sensations for their wisdom, and how to begin to apply the body’s wisdom to actions of repair.
Read more about repair and what to expect from the course.
