Fear can leave us feeling trapped and disconnected in these deeply unsettled times. Do you find yourself longing for relief, for a way to meet fear with kindness rather than resistance? Would you like to share from the heart in a supportive community?
Join us for this one-hour online session where we will pay attention to and care for our current experience of fear together. Sandra will offer guidance on how attuning to our stress signals—rather than pushing them away—helps us access resources we may have forgotten we have. Through cultivating embodied awareness, we can discover our natural capacity for transformation and for finding the space of compassion for ourselves and others. This introductory Karuna community session offers skills for transforming our fears in these difficult times.
All are welcome—come as you are and join us!
Rooted in mindfulness and compassion, Karuna Training helps us rediscover the strength and wisdom already within us. In this live introductory session, we will reflect and discuss how to draw upon our innate wisdom as an ongoing resource for healing and empowerment. The program is open to everyone and includes meditation, an experience of the Karuna teachings, and insights into upcoming training opportunities.
In Sanskrit, the word Karuna means compassion. Karuna Training brings together a community of people who trust the world's wisdom to awaken their compassionate hearts. This journey teaches us how to integrate our experiences and resource ourselves to live with greater empowerment and clarity. The world needs our compassion, health, and wisdom more than ever.
For 28 years, Karuna Training has offered time-tested mindfulness and compassion-based programs across Europe and North America. Learn more about our Basic Training Program here.
