The verb resourcing has become a signal word in the field of neurodiversity and something essential in living a life of basic sanity, especially in the times we find ourselves. In the dictionary, Resourcing means giving money, workers, skills, etc., to a particular job or piece of work; however, in Karuna Training, we practice resourcing ourselves emotionally when we are hit with complex challenges in life. Whether those challenges are physical, relational, or energetic – like working with fatigue or anxiety, in Karuna, we cultivate relationships with the invisible elemental energies which make up our world, meaning the water, air, earth, fire, and space forces. Making relationships with the elements is like having access to a tap of inspiration available 24/7. Please come Saturday, August 12, for a one-hour look into resourcing ourselves through an elemental connection in everyday life.
