THURSDAY EVENING, DECEMBER 15, 6 - 7 PM MST, rise of the waxing crescent moon
It’s easy to forget
our natural connection to the sacred
in the bustle of holiday time.
Then we miss the point of the season;
no matter what our spiritual aptitudes may be…
the dark time of the year has a hush, a silence, and a stillness
that we can attune to in our hearts.
When the energies go underground,
the earth protects lifeforce while allowing time for rest.
We can attune to nature’s stillness –
in the Northern hemisphere, at this time of year, the days are short, and the nights are long - can we find respite in the dark season by following nature’s lead?
Attune to the stillness,
the silence,
and the joy of the sacred this holiday season.
Join together on December 15;
bring a candle, an instrument, or anything that opens your heart and represents sacredness.
We meet on the rise of the waning gibbous moon on Thursday evening, December 15.
