March Karuna Live: Navigating the Winds of Change
With Melissa Moore
Thursday, March 9 from 6PM - 7PM MT
Free
Change is inevitable, thank goodness! Without the dynamic nature of change, we would all become bored and uninspired. Yet, change is windy and unpredictable like March winds – and we all fall on a continuum of how comfortable we are with change. Mostly our adaptability to change has to do with our mental conditioning and how change has impacted us over time, and how well we adjust to new things: new computers, new relationships, new jobs, new norms in society… etc. The ability to adjust to change is tied to our flexibility of mind and a willingness to take on a challenge. We can exercise our flexibility of mind to stretch ourselves further if we know how to bolster ourselves for a challenge.
