Karuna Training is rooted in Tibetan Buddhist Teachings and offers a modern space inviting students into deep psychological awareness processes.
Karuna Training anchors Buddhist teachings directly into one’s life through experiential exploration. If you're looking for an authentic space to investigate emotional energies, mine them for their innate wisdom, and learn methods that cultivate kind-hearted acceptance and self-love, Karuna Training is the program for you.
This weekend introduces the principles of Contemplative Psychology, how the training uses community to awaken to mental conditioning and offers an alternative way to find voice and agency in life’s challenges.
Participants will practice contemplative methods that bring us more present and connected with others.
This weekend program is appropriate for anyone aspiring to combine mindfulness, awareness, and compassion with their experiences in everyday life.
Please note there are no prerequisites for this program.
